This silicone BIONICBAND® SPORT bracelet is whole treated by frequency for sporting frequency 10–14 Hz. It is suitable for physical hard work and sports.

Just to put it on freely will do. It is not necessary to be tight, because it is treated as a whole and a part of it always touches the skin.

Do not wear this bracelet at night or at time when you need to sleep. You might not fall asleep or your sleep would be quite light.
